1. License Grant: M-Square Pty Ltd grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use Alpaca on devices that you own or control, subject to the terms of this agreement.
2. Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Software; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software (except where permitted by law); rent, lease, or lend the Software; or use it for unlawful purposes.
3. System Extension: Alpaca requires a System Extension to intercept DNS traffic. By approving this extension, you authorize the Software to monitor and filter DNS queries for blocking unwanted domains. No other network traffic is monitored or modified.
4. Disclaimer: The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Licensor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Software.
5. Termination: This license terminates automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy all copies.
6. Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of Australia.
Alpaca is designed with privacy as a core principle. All DNS filtering happens locally on your device.
